Building on a career in construction consulting, due diligence, and development, Jones Development Company was founded to provide development services including owner's representation, development management, and construction consulting services to clients including land owners, developers, and financial institutions.

We have over 25-years of real estate development and construction experience, having been involved in the construction and development of over 230 real estate projects including mixed-use residential, multifamily, hospitality, retail and office with more than 5,000 units of multifamily/hospitality and 250,000 SF of retail completed to date.
